Return & Refund Policy — RyzeNova

1) Returns (change of mind)

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition you received them
  • in original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and any included items)
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Some items may not be eligible for return (see Section 3).

2) How to start a return

Email support@ryzenova.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

3) Non-returnable items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • digital products or downloadable software (if applicable)
  • gift cards/store credit (if applicable)
  • items marked “final sale”
  • opened consumables or items that can’t be resold for hygiene/safety reasons (if applicable)

4) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact support@ryzenova.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label (if available)

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair (if applicable), or refund depending on the situation and stock availability.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
  • Defective/damaged/incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping where appropriate.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • it may take 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to post the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

7) Exchanges

If you want an exchange, contact support@ryzenova.com. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8) Chargebacks

Please contact us first at support@ryzenova.com so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may delay future orders.

9) Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version on the Site with a new effective date.
