Shipping Policy

1) Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your address can’t be selected at checkout, we’re not able to ship there at this time.
2) Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.
3) Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location, package weight/size, and selected shipping option.
4) Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin after your order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs (if applicable), or other factors outside our control.
5) Order tracking
If tracking is available, we’ll email you tracking details once your order ships.
6) Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@ryzenova.com as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
7) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
- Delayed shipments: If your tracking hasn’t updated or delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll help you check with the carrier.
- Lost packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the carrier’s investigation outcome.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact support@ryzenova.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).
8) Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. If so, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
9) Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable)
If your order ships internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
10) Incorrect or refused deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may:
- reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- issue a refund minus shipping/handling costs (where permitted).
